Company
Mission Statement
Managing Director David
Nash formed Nash Control Systems Ltd, with a view to growing
personal & dedicated
relationships with clients requiring control system management,
design, installation or
maintenance services. We realise that customer relationships and
satisfaction is the key to a
successful, longterm partnership. Nash Control Systems are
confident of delivering in all
aspects of control systems engineering and will work hard to
develop and maintain
customer relationships with our continuing high quality, professional,
client lead approach to our work.

Working to well structured, documented and exacting
QA procedures.
As part of our ongoing quality improvement strategy, we
are working towards ISO9001
accreditation, with a view to
achieving approval in the near future.

of our systems and procedures by our potential clients,
as we understand the need for new
clients to gain confidence in the services and
products we supply.
Health
& Safety
It
is the policy of
Nash Control Systems Ltd, to make safety the highest possible priority.
It is
recognised by the company that health, safety and the
environment are an
essential, integral
part of the company’s business
strategy.
The company will
strive to ensure full compliance with both legal, moral obligations and other
requirements placed on the company’s activities
with regard to health, safety
and environmental
issues. All aspects of Risk Management will be
appropriate to
the nature and scale of the
companies OH&S risks. The
company will strive
to build and maintain a fair and just health
and safety culture that will
include accountability and equality.
The particular provisions of the Health and Safety
Policy
are as follows:
Ensure that a
pro-active prevention of injury, ill health
and environmental impact is carried
out throughout the business.
To ensure that
the OH&S and environmental policy is
appropriate to the nature and scale
of the company’s OH&S and environmental
risks.
To develop,
document, implement, maintain and review
existing safe systems of work.
To encourage
communication at all levels on health and
safety issues to promote
continuous improvement in the company’s health
and
safety performance and raise
safety awareness.
Ensure Nash
Control Systems Limited are aware of their legal
and moral responsibilities
towards
health and safety.
To reduce
risks as far as is reasonably practicable to allow
work to be carried out in a
safe environment.
To investigate
all accidents and incidents to
determine the cause and take appropriate
action
to prevent recurrence.
Environment
To prevent
environmental incidents Nash Control Systems Limited will implement
regular
site safety
checks, audits of systems and
procedures to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions
and unsafe acts in the workplace. Implement procedures for
reporting, recording and investigating
all environmental incidents and
near miss occurrences.
Be aware of the
required duties and take reasonable care of Nash Control Systems
Ltd’s own
safety and that of others
that may
be affected by
Nash Control Systems Ltd’s acts or omissions
and the environment.
The particular provisions
of the Environmental Policy
are as follows:
Pro-actively
demonstrate commitment to Environmental issues.
Ensure that enquiry
and tender review stages take account of reduction in energy, waste.
Ensure that a safe
place of work is established and fulfill all requirements of current
legislation.
Communicate our
Environmental policy to clients and sub-contractors and others as
required.
Ensure continuous
monitoring of the environment and work procedures is conducted
effectively
Ensure that all
environmental near misses and learning events are recorded.
Have adequate
provisions for containment of spillages.
Reduce
the amount of energy used on site
Store COSHH items in
a safe manner with associated MSDS data sheets.
Plan and maintain a
tidy site. Manage all activities so as to minimise pollution and the
production
of waste.
